CFTC Issues Advisory Allowing Foreign Exchanges to Reopen Direct Market Access for U.S. Traders

The Commodity Futures Buying and selling Fee’s (CFTC) Division of Market Oversight (DMO) introduced Thursday that it issued an advisory to supply “regulatory readability” for non-U.S.-based exchanges to permit Individuals to have “direct market entry” to their platforms, the regulator stated in a press launch.
